IAMKIDZ - Packing Fun with Digital Skills

Psychologists have confirmed that the right-brain (or right hemisphere of the brain) controls creativity and visualization. While the left-brain (or left hemisphere of the brain) controls factual, logical and analytical functions.

Most educational systems are based around left-brain skills such as mathematics, regurgitating facts and language than it does on creativity or using our imagination. Therefore, it is not surprising to find that only 10 percent of children will rank highly creative by age 7 and by the time we are adults, only 2 percent of the population can be considered highly creative.

At IAM Academy, we believe all children have the gift of creativity. Thus, the development of the IAM KIDZ programs that are designed to encourage more “whole-brained” approach to learning. Our programs combine technology integration and imagination skills to stimulate the creativity of the young minds in our classrooms. One of our goals is to impart essential digital arts and communication skills that will help them become lifelong learners in the digital age. Our programs DO NOT REPLACE the syllabus at schools. They are designed to COMPLEMENT and BOOST the effectiveness of whatever educational programs your child may already be engaged in. Resulting in your child attaining a greater “whole-brain” intelligence, creativity, harmony and well-being than most educational programs alone can produce. Above all, our programs are FUN!
